Restorative Yoga at Peacebank

We Added a Second Pre & Post Natal Flow Class to the Schedule

Talei’s Saturday Pre & Post Natal Flow class has been filling up lately. So we wanted to offer mom’s-to-be a second opportunity to spend time with our gifted and compassionate teacher. Introducing the Advanced Workshop Series at Peacebank

Doron Hanoch is teaching 17 workshops over the next several months at Peacebank. This is an opportunity to dive deep into areas of yoga, nutrition, meditation and spirituality with someone who lives the practice. Read more on the workshops page. Practice.

 

Julia Will Teach Thursday Morning Starting 1/19

I’m excited to tell everyone that Julia Stewart is going to teach two Morning Flow classes at Peacebank beginning 1/19/2012. Julia will teach the 6 AM Thursday class in addition to her 6 AM Tuesday class. I’m stoked to have Julia give more classes at Peacebank. She has been here since the studio opened over two years ago. Her style, voice and attitude lend themselves wonderfully to the Morning Flow class experience. This change is a compelling reason for you to get up early and practice.

 

Theresa’s Yogalates Class Will Start Earlier Beginning January 24th

We are moving Theresa Tomlin’s Tuesday and Thursday Yogalates class to 9 AM beginning Tuesday 1/24/2012. In addition to being a gifted teacher, Theresa is a professional dancer and a genuinely beautiful person. Anyone who has taken from her knows that she teaches one of the most challenging classes at Peacebank. Take one and experience it yourself. Practice.

Help us make Peacebank t-shirts

People have been asking me if we are going to make Peacebank Yoga t-shirts. I’ve heard some great ideas from students and I have a few of my own I’d like to try. The problem? I have no drawing talent. None. My mom is the artist. I think that gene skips a generation. Even my handwriting is illegible. My artistic shortcomings are an opportunity for the yoga community at large. Email me at info@peacebankyoga.com if you can draw and want to make some cool stuff with us.
