Dialogue l Yoga l Meditation
Journaling as a path towards self discovery.
In this deeply introspective and contemplative practice, we will take an inner journey into ourhearts through dialogue, asana practice, meditation, and journaling. With the 8 limbs of yoga as our guide, we will examine what it is we are looking to be liberated from on this yogic path and the ways in which we hold ourselves back and get in our own way. The 1.5 hour class will be part dialogue and journaling, and part asana and meditation practice. Our asana practice is but one of 8 limbs on our yogic path, in the Yogalogue class, we practice from all 8 limbs.
