Tone up and stretch out head-to-toe with this core-burning class! This interactive workshop is designed to teach you stretching and exercise techniques using a foam roller. We’ll work and play with balance, myofascial release self-massage, and some serious abdominal challenges. Each student will receive a list of foam roller exercises at the end of the workshop.
