Introduction to Self Healing Qigong

This two-hour workshop with Dr. Bril will take students through theories and exercises of Self Healing Qigong such as:
• dynamic stretching
• internal organs stimulation
• purifying the channels
We will explore cleansing, nourishing, and harmonizing the heart, concluding the class with a standing meditation.
