Come and experience the traditional practice of Sri Dharma Mittra, author of the Master Yoga Chart of 908 poses. In this workshop we will doing pranyama,asana, deep healing relaxation and meditation. During this practice, you will be lead through Sri Dharma Mittra’s Shiva Namaskara Vinyasa from his level II-III sequence. You can expect a full and complete practice that includes backbends, inversions and arm balances. The class will end with a special 30-45 minute yoga nidra. Yoga Nidra is a form of active meditation that occursthrough guided deep relaxation. Expect to leave feeling fully refreshed, renewed and relaxed! This class is suitable for all levels, as the more complex poses will be broken down and modifications will be given.

Courtney is a 500EYRT certified instructor at the 500 hour level with Sri Dharma Mittra. She has been teaching and practicing Dharma Yoga since 2008, when she first attended Sri Dharma Mittra’s 200 hour DLOAY teacher training program.
