Increase your birth preparation through yoga, breath & massage practice. This workshop will provide you & your birth partner with critical knowledge & confidence, as well as tools to support labor & childbirth.
During the workshop, we will practice partner poses that will encourage partner participation in the birth process. You’ll learn how to relieve labor pain & discomfort using specific breath practices to gain energy, focus the mind & deepen relaxation.
