Prenatal Partner Workshop

Increase your birth preparation through yoga, breath and massage practice. This workshop will provide you and your birth partner with critical knowledge and confidence, as well as tools to support labor and childbirth.
In this workshop you will learn and practice specific yoga postures and massage techniques to ease pregnancy and labor discomforts and help advance labor. During the workshop, we will practice partner poses that will encourage partner participation in the birth process. You’ll learn how to relieve labor pain and discomfort using specific breath practices to gain energy, focus the mind and deepen relaxation. Space is limited to 10 couples. No prior yoga experience is necessary. This workshop is open to all expectant mothers but is ideal for those between 28 and 38 weeks.
