Beginning Yoga Workshop

Calling all students new to yoga! Attend this beginner’s workshop, led by our amazing instructor Robin, to become comfortable doing 12-step Sun Salutations and basic yoga poses. We will start with breath work, Sun Salutations & then practice postures from the major classifications: Standing, Balancing, Backbends, Floor poses, Seated Forward Bends, Inversions & Twists. There will be time for questions and feedback. We will end with the most important pose: Savasana (guided relaxation). The pace of a workshop allows you to take your time and learn the correct way to enter a pose, be in a pose & to safely exit from the pose.
Robin teaches our Friday beginners class, Tuesday slowFlow, and Wednesday Yin and she will be happy to review the other wonderful classes great for continuing your yoga journey.
