Join Lauren in a two hour empowering Vinyasa flow class designed to bring movement and strength into the practice with breath, sweat and both challenging and invigorating poses. The class will be fun, filled with many modifications so that you can practice what is individually right for you, and sequenced so that the body will be open and ready to do backbends and inversions. A collective intention to breathe, let go, and feel your own power on the mat.
