Join us for a class surrounded around finding a profound sense of ease, a quiet mind, and a chance to truly be n your body. This class will have therapeutic movement and somatic meditation to sink you into a state of complete body awareness, and give your mind and nervous system a chance to finally rest. Soothing postures, guided meditation, and breath imagery will take you to a place of fully letting go and staying present.
This class is appropriate for all levels and ages.
Come is loose clothing and bask in candlelight!
