30 min Tour/Talk about the property and farm 11:30-12pm

Noon Buffet - A buffet featuring organic Pie Ranch produce, protein, and pies.


MENU

Ranch Raised Chicken Salad
 creme fraiche, fennel, black currants (O, GF)
Winter Kale and Chicories
 whole barley, cabbage, scallion, toasted seeds, meyer lemon vinaigrette (VE)
Braised Moroccan Carrot Salad
 local olives, farmer’s goat cheese, cilantro, blanched red onion, mediterranean vinaigrette (V, GF)
Hutterite Bean Salad
 roasted pepper dressing, micro-cilantro, and scallion (VE, GF)
Vegan Nasturtium Pesto and Pepper spread 
with Pie Ranch Barley crackers (VE)
