Beginning Yoga Workshop

Calling all students new to yoga!
Attend this beginner’s workshop, led by our amazing Emily, to become comfortable doing 12-step Sun Salutations and basic yoga poses.
We will start with breath work, Sun Salutations & then practice postures from the major classifications: Standing, Balancing, Backbends, Floor poses, Seated Forward Bends, Inversions & Twists. There will be time for questions and feedback. We will end with the most important pose: Savasana (guided relaxation)
The pace of a workshop allows you to take your time and learn the correct way to enter a pose, be in a pose & to safely exit from the pose.
