Prenatal Partners' Workshop

Increase your birth preparation through yoga, breath & massage practice. This workshop will provide you and your birth partner with critical knowledge and confidence, as well as tools to support labor & childbirth.
In this workshop, expect to:
· Learn & practice specific yoga postures and massage techniques to ease pregnancy & labor discomforts and to help advance labor. We will practice partner poses that encourage partner participation in the birth process.
· Learn how to relieve labor pain & discomfort using specific breath practices & essential oils that also aid in gaining energy, focusing the mind & deepening relaxation.
Space is limited to 10 couples, no prior yoga experience necessary. This workshop is open to all expectant mothers, but is ideal for those between 28 & 38 weeks. Please bring a yoga mat and yoga ball, if you have one.
